It’s interesting that the secrets your dentist won’t tell you can be found right here. And in other places. Makes them not much of a secret really; they’re neither hidden or unexplained – nor are they a mystery. You can only make vitamin D between particular times of the day. The sun has to be high in the sky and casting a shadow shorter than your height for its rays to be strong enough for vitamin D to be produced.
